excellent amenities. excellent new refurbishment in bar area. breakfast was superb. offered absolutely everything from full English to continental and fresh melon slices. it is the best by far of any Holiday Inn we have stayed in and also that of other similar hotels ie premier inn and travel lodge. very comfortable rooms. these are hotel that you spend a night or two in. this one ticks all the boxes. Claire on reception was a delight as were the other ladies but we spoke more to Claire on leaving the hotel. our room was cleaned beautifully by Kim. her name was on the service card so thank you to Kim for a lovely presented room. We had a lake view which was great and we could see plenty of restaurants from our room. Pizza Hut, toby Carvery and I think Starbucks. there were others so although we didn’t use it was good to see the options but wanted to praise your staff in the restaurant as they cleaned served and replenished to a very high standard. most impressed!

The staff at this hotel are above and beyond the ordinary. Rebecca from reception is outstanding, helpful and kind. Donna from the breakfast team is always a pleasure to see in the mornings- helpful and attentive. Sue the breakfast manager is outstanding in organisation and friendly manner and Christy the operations manager is excellent, organised and lovely. The reception team Abby, Claire and Roberta are always helpful and professional. The cleaning team work so hard to maintain the hygiene of all the rooms and public areas to a very high standard. thanks to all the team for making the stay a home away from home!

Location was good, near to the main road into London. The room was clean and comfortable. Booking in was efficient. Parking right outside the front doors. Bar area was pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal was excellent, very good quality. Breakfast was excellent with Sue and her team making sure everything was available and freshly cooked.

Surrounded by restaurants and fun things to do and a great water park next door which was great to watch from hotel window. Hotel catered for all needs, absolutely spotless and staff around 24/7 if you need them. Bar and restaurant on site and beautiful gardens to sit in. Would defo recommend. Fab stay for 2 days.....oh and the breakfast facilities where top notch.

I liked to be able to relax in our room before we went out to near by restaurants, pubs and cinema.its lovely to stay at the Holiday Inn so you don't have to worry about travelling home after a good night out and also the fabulous breakfast (if you've paid for one) in the morning,always great and the staff in the breakfast room are lovely too.
